Welcome
Welcome to A Country Mind
We believe everyone should be able to access quality mental health support, no matter their age or where they live. Our team offers counselling, psychotherapy, psychological assessment, behavioural support and educational support for children, adolescents, adults and families.

Our approach is simple: we show up with compassion, we listen, and we work alongside you in a safe, welcoming, judgement-free space.
