WHAT WE DO

Integrated, practical support

We provide psychological, educational and behavioural support to help children, adolescents and adults better understand themselves, overcome challenges, and thrive across school, home, work and everyday life.

Counselling & Psychotherapy

We offer warm, evidence-based counselling and psychotherapy for a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns, including but not limited to:

Sessions are tailored to you, with a focus on building coping skills, strengthening emotional resilience, and creating real, meaningful change.

We offer both short-term, practical support if you’re looking for strategies and direction, as well as longer-term therapy to explore deeper patterns, past experiences, trauma, and personal growth.

Our approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. Therapy isn’t about being told what to do, it’s about understanding yourself more clearly, making sense of what you’re going through, and working together to find ways forward that feel realistic and sustainable for you.

Psychological Assessment & Diagnosis

We provide comprehensive psychological assessments designed to bring clarity, understanding, and direction. Our assessments explore cognitive, emotional, behavioural, and learning profiles to highlight both strengths and areas of need, helping to guide practical next steps for support at home, school, and in daily life. A registered psychologist is a highly trained, evidence-based mental health professional who is qualified to assess, diagnose, and support a wide range of emotional, behavioural, developmental, and learning concerns. Psychologists don’t just provide labels or diagnoses, they help make sense of what’s going on and translate that understanding into practical, real-world strategies. They are also trained to use scientifically validated assessment tools and therapeutic approaches to ensure that recommendations are accurate, reliable, and tailored to the individual.

ADHD Assessment

Attention, impulsivity and executive functioning, and how these patterns can affect everyday daily life and learning.

Autism Assessment

Social communication, sensory processing, behaviour and developmental history for clarity and next steps.

Cognitive Assessment

Thinking and reasoning abilities such as memory, attention, processing speed, verbal comprehension and problem-solving.

Emotional & Mental Health

Emotional wellbeing and concerns including anxiety, depression, mood, trauma and stress presentations.

Behavioural & Developmental

Behaviour, emotional regulation, social functioning and school engagement in children and adolescents.

Cognitive Functioning Screening

Behavioural & Educational Support

We take a holistic, preventative approach to supporting children and adolescents, bridging the gap between behavioural, learning and emotional wellbeing needs. We build a coordinated pathway around each individual — including behaviour analysis, goal setting, intervention planning, therapy, school collaboration, parent coaching and progress monitoring — keeping strategies practical, sustainable and aligned across home, school and clinic.

Psychosocial Support

We’re developing our psychosocial support services to better help individuals and families with practical, strengths-based assistance that enhances wellbeing, independence and quality of life. Please check back for updates, or contact us to be notified when the program launches.
